The Tognettis is easy to reach from A11 (Firenze Mare, exit Pisa Nord), from A12 (Genova-Rosignano, exit Pisa Nord or Pisa Centro), from Pisa Centrale train station. It is situated in Migliarino Pisano in the Regional Park of Migliarino, San Rossore and Massaciuccoli, along the coast from Viareggio and Livorno. Althoug it lies in the centre of an area which offers several points of interests such as the Puccinian lake, Lucca with the ancient walls and its lovely landscape, and places to enjoy yourself like Viareggio known for its marvelous carnival and beaches and the fashionable places of Versilia (bars, pubs and discoteques)
It is possible to reach Florence by car in 60 minutes and Collodi (Pinocchio's Park) and San Giuliano's thermal baths and Montecatini's ones are very near
